UK Orders

Postage and Packaging will be charged on all order at £3.95.

Shipping will be free of charge on orders with a value over £75.00

Next day delivery is unavailable due to our location as we cannot guarantee this.

As a small business we aim to dispatch items within 2 working days of receipt of your order and payment.  Please allow 3 -5 working days for delivery.

Click and Collect is available at all three of our shops. When we have received your order and payment we will advise you by email or phone when you may pick it up.

Currently we are unable to ship outside of the UK.

Returns

We operate a 14 day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, it is incorrect or faulty then you may return for a refund (excluding postage, return postage is paid by the customer) or exchange. Please contact us prior to sending so we are aware of the reason for returning and whether you would like a refund or exchange. This can be done by calling 01599 566396 or emailing hello@homeinhighlands.co.uk.

The following items cannot be returned

  • any made-to-measure or custom-made products or products ordered or made to your specification or clearly personalised;
  • perishable goods, such as food or drink .

All goods should be returned to us in the same condition we sent them in and should always be unused, any returns we receive with signs that they have been used may be returned to the customer and a refund or exchange may be denied.

All refunds will be made to card originally used for payment.

We can accept returns to any of our shops.

For all returns please make sure that you retain any proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us.

All returns should be clearly marked and sent to: Home in the Highlands Workshop 1 The Steadings, Balmacara Square, By Kyle of Lochalsh, Ross-Shire, IV40 8DJ.
