Meet the Home in the Highlands team. We are a small team but we have lots of enthusiasm and love what we do.
Andrea The Woman behind Home in the Highlands. After leaving the world of education and funding applications Andrea decided there was something missing from the Lochalsh area. Despite everyone telling her she was mad she decided to open the first Home in the Highlands on the 14th June 2013 in Balmacara Square. What better way to live your life than doing something you love everyday and her taste, style and the way she brings everything together show she has definitely found something she is amazing at. She has added lots of style and colour to the west coast and now we are hoping to bring it to those of you further afield.
Jenny works mostly is Balmacara she is one of Andrea’s friends and has been with Home in the Highlands from the beginning.
Amy, Andrea’s daughter has also been with Home in the Highlands from the beginning, just recently coming on board fulltime. You will see her in all shops at some point.
Sheila will be in either of our Portree shops ready and waiting with any fashion advice. She puts the ‘glam’ in glamourous.
Wendy will be found in either of our Portree shops another local face to Portree and a friendly smile to brighten up your day.
Louise is your friendly local face in our Quay Brae shop in Portree ready to help with a smile.
Emma is still very much part of the team, currently on Maternity leave, and enjoying spending time with her very cute wee ones, she will be back soon.
